When the holiday season stirs our hearts, community holds space for all emotions.

With patience please read to the end. The description is a bit long yet necessary.

As we enter the holiday season, many emotions can show up at our personal doorstep.
For some, it may be the first holiday season without a loved one at the holiday gathering.
For others, it may mark another year etched in time without their loved ones.

Grief can show up in many forms during the holidays:

  • The ache of missing loved ones
  • Financial grief or strain
  • Grief from changing traditions or an empty nest
  • Longing for the way life “used to be”
  • Cultural or environmental grief
  • Grief around health or aging
  • Anticipatory grief as elders grow older
  • …and so much more

Whatever your grief looks like—you are not alone.

Join us for a special Cultivating Life After Love and Loss Circle

Together, we’ll create a gentle space of community, remembrance, and gratitude—a space where all emotions are welcome and honored.
Let’s enter this season by holding gratitude alongside our grief, allowing both to coexist.

The following is invitational. Bring to Circle:

A photo of your loved one (human or pet) – we’ll set a special place of remembrance

  • An item or picture to represent any other form of grief you carry (be creative)
  • A story of gratitude and remembrance to share
  • A beverage or treat that represents your grief or loved one

For example: my son loved pumpkin pie this time of year, so I will bring pumpkin pie in his honor.

Our Intention

To gather as a community of compassionate hearts, holding space for one another as we enter what can be a tender and emotional season.
Together, we will honor our losses and nurture gratitude for the love that remains.

Bring a Friend. All are welcome.
