Details

I will teach a fun and balanced yoga class for all levels - beginners to advanced - so you can really feel how learning to move with the breath and work with, rather than against your body improves the mind-body connection. I will provide healthy snacks. Please bring:

  1. mat or a towel
  2. water
  3. an open & flexible mind! We will chat afterwards about how adding yoga to your life is hugely beneficial and doesn't have to be a big deal!
