Join us for a festive Holiday stroll through the lights at the Houston Zoo!

Folks from our group and the Bay Area Bunch will join up to do the stroll during the Member Preview Nights. This is a great way to get into the Holiday Spirit.

Member tickets are $12.95. This price is only available on Member night. If you plan to go after this date, ticket prices more than double.

We will be purchasing tickets for an entry time of 5:30. Parking is much easier closer to the start time, however, you can enter anytime AFTER 5:30. Some folks will be able to connect to carpool to the event at the various times they can attend and we can meetup on the inside at some point. We can plan to leave the Zoo around 7:30 and proceed to Postino’s in the Montrose area (805 Pacific St) and get a late bite and glass of wine before returning back to the Bay Area.

If you plan to attend, please sign up and reach out to Diana via the message feature in the Meetup App. Once you zelle funds, to Diana, she will purchase a member ticket for you (if you are not a member) and will forward the entry barcode to you. Tickets are not available at the gate, so please reach out ahead of time.

After we get a head count, folks can coordinate to meet in the parking lot behind Escalante for carpooling at the various times they can attend.

2025 Zoo highlights are: new light displays including Whimsical Wildlife Tree at the end of the Reflection Pool, the immersive Twinkle Trail sponsored by TC Energy in African Forest, Geo Prism Safari sponsored by PNC Bank and others.
