This is a workshop about how to create meaningful relationships that are built on trust and understanding.

It can be hard to find a group of friends who are loyal, trustworthy and reliable. Many of us have been let down and disappointed - agreements have been unexpectedly or suddenly broken, leading us to feel let down, even betrayed.

This workshop approaches this problem from the viewpoint of what you can change in you to make this better. It is not about changing other people, it is about taking a good, honest look at yourself and finding out what it is you might be able to change in order to open up your life to new, better friendships and relationships.

There is a lot of talk about "attracting" the right people. But how?

Often it is not what we think - it is fundamentally about ourselves and our own true sense of worth and sense of trusting ourselves and knowing that we can rise to a challenge or keep a promise or show up for someone when they need us.

It comes from within us and when we can get ourselves on the right track and have an open and truthful look at who we really are and what we really intend - then it can start to become possible to have wonderful, deep, loyal relationships with the right people.

Cutting off "toxic people" is often seen as the best route to quality relationships, but there is more to it than cutting off people as soon as they do something we don't like.

This workshop explores what YOU are doing and what you can change to transform yourself into somebody who can create long term, satisfying relationships.

If you want this type of insight, come along, There's a lot more to know and a lot more you can do towards your own happiness and the happiness of the people around you.
