Sit With Us!

Arrive at 5:30am for hands-on instruction. Zazen begins promptly at 6am. Go to CMZG.Org and read the 'How to Sit' section before attending. If you want further personal instruction, show up at 5:30am. If you need a chair, please email beforehand.
