This beginner-friendly sober run club is all about community, connection, and trying something new together. We meet Sundays at Crown Hill Park in Wheat Ridge, starting with a quick icebreaker and stretch before hitting the beautiful 1-mile lake loop. Run or walk at your own pace—no pressure, just encouragement! We’ll aim for a couple laps, then cool down and share a picnic. Please bring a small breakfast for yourself—we’ll bring the coffee!
