Python Developer’s Guide to Model Context Protocol and BioMCP
Speaker: Ian Maurer
Description: During this presentation, Ian will provide an overview of Model Context Protocol (MCP) including why it is useful, how it works, the terminology (clients, servers, prompts, resources, etc.) and where things are trending. He will also go into the building of BioMCP which is an open-source library built on top of the FastMCP library.
