Pot Luck at Transplant House

Transplant House of Cleveland offers a home for families of patients having transplants. Volunteers provide dinner every Wednesday. Our group does the dinner once a month. This time, we're doing a pot luck.

So far, we have group members doing a salad, a dessert, and a ground beef-based casserole. If you sign up, please post in a comment what you'll be bringing.

For food safety, it is preferred that food be prepared on-site. For foods prepared off-site, the usual safety guidelines apply:
* Be sure hands and food preparation surfaces are clean, avoiding cross contamination of cooked and raw foods
* Cook / cool safely to the right temperature
* Transport foods at a safe temperature
Please bring them by 5:15 on Wednesday.

We start packing the carryout meals at 545 and serving dine-in meals at 6. We plan on serving 25.

Please consult the map/directions, as the posted address will take you to the front of the building on 115th, but access and the parking lot are actually in the back, off Circle Drive. If you sign up, please come; if your plans change, please cancel well in advance.
