The Cleveland Dragon Boat Association is a 501 C3 found in 2008. The Mission of the CDBA is:
To promote the Synergy of Community, Health and Team building through the Sport of Dragon Boat Paddling in Northeast Ohio, foster a sense of community on the Cuyahoga River and in Cleveland, promote cross-cultural awareness and support the health and wellness of people of all ages, races, cultures and abilities.
