Excited to keep this mastermind train rolling..

This has been a bit of an 'under wraps project however we want to expand this to a larger community now.

We will be meeting at our usual 6 - 9 pm time at in Shaker Heights at one of the apartment buildings that I own. We've decided to create a free Facebook community so that we are able to connect and communicate with each other effectively.

We have space for 15 or so people, possibly as many as 20 . ! I missed you all and I can't wait to see your bright shining faces at the mastermind!

I will NOT be responding to calls and texts the day of, so please read the instructions. PLEASE RSVP ( hot seat or not ) so we can set up accordingly The first 10 RSVPs are open for hot seats. If you would NOT like a hot seat, totally cool, just add a comment indicating that.

WHAT TO EXPECT: There will be two hours of masterminding and an hour of open networking. Please bring a notebook, and an open mind, and if you are in a hot seat think of something you want to celebrate, a challenge you have, and a question or two you’ve been pondering.

HERE’S THE FORMAT:

Brief intro if it's your first time ( 30 seconds )

Gratitude/celebrations ( 30 seconds )

Challenge or current initiative you need support with

Clarifying questions from group Connections, resources, opportunities, people, systems, suggestions etc.

Follow up with that person from the group if we run out of time. Work with each other to create accountability, support, stakes, and whatever you need to ensure that you take action toward your goals until you succeed.

A NOTE ON TIME KEEPING When I say we have to move on, we do. Please be respectful of everyone's time and take note to follow up with that person afterward. I just text them during or follow up with them after if I don't have their number. This is a safe, private group. Treat it with the same sense of privacy and respect that you would your own home with your friends and family. Please consider others and their desire for privacy — do not share anything that happens inside of the room outside of the room without the consent of all concerned and all it may affect.

Listen more than you talk and be considerate of others and where they are at in their journey. Please if you can’t follow these simple rules, I will have to disinvite you. So follow them.

Lastly, enjoy! This is something I have done professionally for many years and have paid a LOT of money. I do this for no cost as a service to the community on my own time and my own dime because it’s one of the most powerful tools I have to give.

It’s meant to foster community and create clarity, accountability, connections, opportunities, and more. But like anything in life, you get out what you put in, so surrender to what is,

show up with enthusiasm and positive intent to serve your community, and be open to both giving and receiving unconditionally.

You’ll be surprised and delighted at what happens in this room when you show up fully and take it seriously.
