Dragon Boat is originating in China / South East Asia and can be found all over the globe!
We are a Dragon Boat team in Cleveland for all ages and performance levels.
We have fun on the water and will participate in races during the season.
If you want to join us as a dragon boat newbie, please join us on a Tuesday session first. Any experienced dragon boat paddlers are welcome to join us for any session!

Hydranamics Dragon Boat Paddling - Technique Training
Merwin's Wharf, 1785 Merwin Ave, Cleveland, OH, USHydranamics dragon boat training. This practice is focused more on technique, synchronization, and a little bit of cardio for good measure.
Please be at the dock 6:15pm - we are on the water at 6:30 pm sharp.

If you are not familiar with dragon boat paddling, we will show you!
Please wear clothes that would be suitable for running and can get wet.
Bring water, a towel and clothes to change after the training!We will focus on the technical aspects of paddling - but for sure also do some cardio.
Make sure you are on time! We won't be coming back to the dock until the end of practice.

Join the Cleveland Hydranamics Dragon Boat
Team for a session of intense training on the water.
This session will focus on mainly on endurance and synchronization.We are on the water by 9:30. We will not be coming back to the dock for any stragglers. We have a hard stop at 10:30 so if we're late getting on the water, that means a shorter, but harder workout.
If you are new to Dragon Boat paddling, please try to join us first time on a Tuesday evening training. The Cleveland Dragon Boat Association also offers "Learn to Paddle" sessions on Saturday morning. But if that's not an option, don't be shy. Just come along and we will get you hooked up. The more, the merrier!
