Constantine Vasilatos: Constantine (Cos) has been a full-time entrepreneur and real estate investor since 1991. He owns and manages a private real estate portfolio in Northeast Ohio. He owned West Point Mortgage from 2001 through 2008. West Point Mortgage flowed $8million monthly of both commercial and residential loans to the secondary market. Over the last 25 years, Cos has bought and sold more than 300 units in the Ohio market. Cos oversees day-to-day operations of our current portfolio while managing the ongoing improvements and construction at our properties. He also researches properties and, alongside Bruce, works with our real estate agents to bring investments to our outside investors and partners.
Bruce Zake: Bruce has been in the real estate business since 2010 and manages a portfolio of apartment buildings and single-family homes in Summit County, Ohio. Bruce’s role as the CIO is looking for properties in the Northeast Ohio area and he is tasked with sifting data to hand off to our team of real estate professionals who help us secure deals for our group of partners and investors. Bruce’s past experience with many Fortune 500 companies suits him well for using advertising, marketing and social media skills in the real estate business. Bruce also maintains our electronic presence including website development and systems. Bruce has more than 30 years of business experience as a photographer for dozens of national publications such as Forbes, Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Time Magazine as well as many trade publications related to higher education and the rubber and plastics industries. For more than 12 years, he was an adjunct instructor at Kent State University.
Michael Stefan: is the founder and managing director of North Coast Commercial, a commercial real estate firm that provides management, leasing, sales, and investment services. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike founded North Coast based on opportunity and the belief that improved management can increase the value of underperforming real estate assets. North Coast Commercial currently manages more than 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate including storage, office, retail, and multi-family properties. Mike earned a Master’s in Legal Studies degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (now Cleveland State University College of Law) and a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University, where he graduated with highest honors.
Blake Williams: joined Lakefront Capital (Cleveland, OH) in Q1 2023 after a 15 year NFL coaching career highlighted by a superbowl championship in 2009 with the New Orleans Saints and 4 separate defensive coordinator posts with various NFL & NCAA teams. Blake joined Lakefront Capital as a Financial Representative and Partner, using his skills honed as a student athlete at Princeton University as well as a career in professional coaching to build out various internal systems and processes as well as driving the firm's emergence into the sports, entertainment & endowment worlds. His visionary leadership and novel problem solving skills combined with his drive and ability to teach, motivate & inspire makes him the perfect financial gameplanner and coach for the 21st Century athlete, entertainer, and business, representative or endowment in these industries.
