We Product people learn our craft in different ways, and it involves lots of different skills and experience. And much of our knowledge comes from reading books, going to conferences, and listening to podcasters. But much of that content states how Product Management should be done in theory, but Product Management in the real-world is a bit messier.

That is what I like about the book Product Management in Practice by Matt LeMay, because it shares best practices for dealing with the real-world messiness of our discipline. Come hear directly from Matt as he shares his Product Management journey, what challenges he's seen in companies he's worked for or consulted with, and the future of our discipline.
