Great Ayton circular walk

A popular starting point for a circular walk of about 7 miles with plenty of variety and some good views. The paths will be a mixture of tracks and field paths and there will be some ascent. The group is very friendly and will stop for just a ten minute break, so bring a drink/snack with you to enjoy.
You will need to be at the start location and ready to walk by 2pm, the walk will start promptly to ensure we return within the timescale. Please check the weather forecast to ensure you have adequate clothing, suncream, water or rain proofs and good footwear.
Just opposite the Royal Oak in Great Ayton is a free car park and it is beside this that we will meet up.
