Contractors & Construction: Cleveland Real Estate Investing Saturday Hangout

Come hang out Saturday, April 23 to talk real estate investing & construction! (12-4pm)

We will be discussing everything contractors and construction. In 2022, we are structuring a framework to teach others about dealing with contractors, because it's such a core part about what will make you successful in real estate. Whether you're new to real estate or just getting started, construction is the one core piece that intimidates people.

If you don't understand construction, pricing, how to buy materials, what "good work" looks like, or how to effectively manage people ... you could easily get taken advantage of. Obviously, no one wants to get taken advantage of or lose money... but it happens.

Who we are: We're real investors in Cleveland. Personally, I have completed 30+ flip projects in Cleveland, and my friend Bobby O'Mahony is an out-of-state investor from New York, and has built a portfolio of over 70 units, all in Cleveland. He has built a construction company from the ground up, and they only work on projects for his pipeline of deals. Bobby is a full-time landlord and manages everything remotely.

We have a ton of experience dealing with contractors. This discussion will focus mainly on understanding construction from a real estate investing standpoint. You'll learn a ton about contractors, construction, financing, materials, finding deals, tenant management, and overall just making sure you make money on projects.

Location: Breakthrough Sounds Recording Studio, 7605 Granger Rd. Valley View, OH 44125

Schedule: 12pm-4pm. You can show up a bit early or after 12pm if you like. This is a chill atmosphere and we don't want to discourage people from showing up late/leaving early.

Filming: This will be filmed for my Youtube channel [@jaredlichtin].

Cost: This event is 100% Free. We genuinely love real estate and bringing people together for awesome events. We are planning even bigger and better events later this year, that we will have to charge for due to space restrictions inside properties.
