Challenge yourself with kettlebells!

Join us for 30-45 minutes of kettlebells to enhance your fitness journey. Wherever you are on your path, this class will help you build strength, endurance and make you feel strong after every session. (Includes a warmup as well as stretch afterwards)

Things to know:

  • All you need to bring is a water bottle and tennis shoes! All equipment is available in the studio.
  • If you have never visited Pop Life before, first class is free. After this, there is a $15 drop in per class. If you reserve your spot through here, you are more than welcome to pay at the desk when you arrive to class. All signups are done through Mindbody. The schedule is listed below!
