Cleveland Museum of Art (with dinner afterwards)

Details
It is time for another evening of inspiration at the Cleveland Museum of Art on Friday, June 6th with dinner afterwards, likely at Cafe Tandoor in Cleveland Heights.
The new exhibit that everyone is talking about is "Takashi Murakami: Stepping on the Tail of a Rainbow". Think lots of colorful smiley faces vomited all over a canvas. If you like your art extra vapid, then this one is for you!
Luckily, the "high art" galleries also will be open to explore illustrious gems from Impressionism, Cubism, Abstract Expressionism, Contemporary, Asian, Renaissance and others. The CMA is a world-class art museum and is consistently ranked. Better yet on a Friday night basically we have it all to ourselves!
We will meet in the large Atrium at the tables just outside of the Museum Cafe at 5:45 pm sharp. Then at 6:00 pm we will break into smaller groups and experience the impressive and varied CMA galleries until about 7:20 pm. Feel free to change groups as we run into each other along the way.
At 7:20 we will reconvene in the large Atrium and head out to Cafe Tandoor for dinner which is located at 2096 South Taylor Road near Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights.
Street parking near the CMA around University Circle is free after 6:00 pm. The CMA parking garage is only $7 if you are a member (and a little more if you aren't).
