Kramer vs. Kramer (India Flame afterwards)

Details
Finally - a classic film from the 1970's screened at the Cinematheque!
Kramer vs. Kramer won a total of five Oscars at the 52nd Academy Awards. These included Best Picture, Best Actor for Dustin Hoffman, Best Supporting Actress for Meryl Streep, Best Director for Robert Benton and Best Adapted Screenplay for Robert Benton.
You may want to purchase your ticket ahead of time online since this has the possibility of drawing a larger than usual audience (with Dennis Hoffman and Meryl Streep it's a Boomer magnet).

Here is the basic synopsis:
"On the same day Manhattan advertising executive Ted Kramer lands the biggest account of his career, he learns that his wife, Joanna, is leaving him and their young son, Billy. Forced to raise his son alone, Ted loses his job but gains a stronger relationship with the child with the help of another single parent, Margaret."
We will meet in the lobby area at 4:45 pm sharp - which is 15 minutes prior to the screening. I recommend eating a snack before you come. After the film we will head over to India Flame, across the street, to discuss the film and enjoy some delicious food.
Free parking is available behind the CIA building in Lot 73 as well as in the annex lot. Both of these parking lots are easily accessed from East 117th Street off of Euclid Avenue. Please use Entrance C or Entrance A to enter the building.
The Cleveland Cinematheque is located inside of the Cleveland Institute of Art (not the Cleveland Museum of Art).
