Roscoe Ewing Park has a nice well maintained course offering a great hike through a well laid out course.

This meetup is primarily focused on getting together with fellow golfers and is not meant to be competitive. Hopefully experienced golfers can help teach people new to the sport in a fun, relaxed environment. I'm attempting to expand this meetup with another group I'm in and I hope to bring people that have never tried it. For this reason I'll be sharing my spare discs that I have collected and purchased.

If you need to borrow any of my discs please let me know as I can only accommodate certain amount of people.

Depending on the size of the group, playing all 16 holes may last up to 3 hours, however you may play as many as you like. I'll send out an email with further details as the date gets closer or if I need to cancel due to weather.

Don't know what disc golf is?
Disc golf is similar to regular golf, but instead of a ball and clubs players use golf discs (i.e. - Frisbees) and aim for a disc pole hole which is a pole with chains and a basket where the disc lands. Courses are usually free to play (I only plan events at free courses). The only equipment disc golfers will need to play is the discs. If you would like to try it, feel free to borrow some discs and find out for yourself how fun and enjoyable disc golf can be! It's definitely less frustrating that traditional golf!
