Plays across the back 40 of the Johnson United Methodist Church, and is open to the public every day during daylight hours. The original first nine holes (1 to 4 and 14 to 18) are cut into a shrubby former farm and the newest nine holes (5 to 13) extend into the woods on the back of the property.

First tee is between the Family Life Center and the shed, at the back end of the parking lot (enter through "The Back 40" archway sign).
