MOTHER'S DAY LUNCH AT 2 PM AT ICHIBAN JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE AND SUSHI, 6405 Pearl Road, Parma Heights, Ohio 44130 (Just South of Stumph and York Roads). Movie(TBD) and ice cream afterwards.

Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi opened its doors earlier this year. Ichiban features 8 Hibachi stations. The menu includes chicken, steak, swordfish, scallops, filet mignon and lobster, as well as edamame, cheese wontons, coconut shrimp, fried soft-shell crab, steamed buns soups, salads, fried rice and soba noodles. As for sushi, there’s a wide variety of rolls and dinners. Favorites include California roll, yellowtail roll, shrimp tempura roll, volcano roll, Ohio roll and Big Boy roll.
