Cleveland VR Meetup - December 2016 - Let's try the Oculus Touch Controllers

Location: Chagrin Falls Public Library in the lower level meeting room.

After waiting most of 2016, the Oculus Touch hand controllers have finally arrived. And it was totally worth the wait!

Tonight's meeting is dedicated to demos with the Touch hand controllers. Here are the experiences:

Superhot VR, Serious Sam VR, Oculus Medium, Oculus Quill, Toybox, Oculus First Contact, Dead and Buried, Bullet Train, The Climb, Ripcoil, Rec Room, VR Sports Challenge, and The Unspoken.

The structure of this night will be more of a social event, but there will be time set aside to talk about current projects, network, and talk about various resources available in the community to get your projects off the ground.

Demo Logistics
If you have an Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, HoloLens, Samsung Gear VR or have any other interesting VR hardware or software to share, please consider bringing it along for the show and tell portion of the event. Add a comment below if you plan on bringing an entire VR rig to show a demo of your own (or a demo you really love).

This meetup is for anyone. Whether you're a full-stack developer or just curious about the technology, this meetup is for you. Our mission is to lower the barrier of entry into virtual and augmented reality, as well as guide you to the necessary resources to take your VR/AR ideas to the next level.
