Come out to the green fields of Beavercreek to enjoy their second annual sustainability and resilience festival and a very special Climate Cafe lunch!
We're creating a spring vegetable stir fry for you, featuring local asparagus and chewy soy curls made in Oregon with a house made vegan hoisin sauce over nutty Mt. Angel wild rice. And--weather permitting that they ripen on time--the first local strawberries topped with Squirrelly Jane's hazelnut cream.
