Butternut Squash Soup
Blend together and warm:

* Fresh butternut squash: Medium size, gently cooked
* Carrot and onion:  Additional veggies for the soup.
* Apple: Any variety of apple will work in this recipe (peeled or unpeeled)
* Vegetable broth: Organic J
* Seasonings: A simple blend of garlic, fresh sage, cayenne (to taste), ground cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and black pepper.
