Butternut Squash Soup
Blend together and warm:

• Fresh butternut squash: Medium size, gently cooked
• Carrot and onion:  Additional veggies for the soup.
• Apple: Any variety of apple will work in this recipe (peeled or unpeeled)
• Vegetable broth: Organic J
• Seasonings: A simple blend of garlic, fresh sage, cayenne (to taste), ground cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and black pepper.
