2nd Sunday Meeting: Increase in sea surface temperature and disappearance of polar ice

Dear Citizens’ Climate Lobby members and friends!

Yes, it's time for our regular meeting on the second Sunday of the month! You are invited to a meeting of Citizens' Climate Lobby starting 2:30 pm AEST Sunday 10 August 2025. (Please put recurring monthly meeting time second Sunday in your diary.)

All are welcome either in person or online from anywhere in Australia.

Four Labor MPs called on the government to be as ambitious as practically possible in its next emissions reduction target, due to be set soon for the year 2035. The four were Carina Garland, Mike Freelander, Senator Michelle Ananda-Rajah, and Jerome Laxale, a NSW co-patron of Labor Environment Action Network.
