Meet the Monsoon Storm Chasers, Today, at 4 p.m. No Registration Required

There is nothing quite as stunning as a summer desert thunderstorm with its crazy bolts of lightning, monster clouds dropping water like giant spigots, Day-Glo skies and streets masquerading as urban rapids.

Unless it’s photos of the Sonoran Desert monsoon season extravaganza taken by a close-knit cadre of monsoon storm-chasers. Climate Tucson will feature three of the intrepid, patient, daredevil photogs who chase down the storms prancing across the wide and thirsty desert: Liz Kemp, David Eisenberg and Raymond Cleveland.
