March Baseline Hike
Pls note up and down time and submit.
For Rainier & Glacier Peak - (30lbs)X1. Come all the way down and
leave bag in the car (only record this weighted up and down time) . Then go halfway to bench without weight and come back.
For other climbers - (25lbs)X1 time only

WE ENCOURAGE CARPOOL, MEET AT P&R TO AVOID TAKING PARKING SPACES AT TH AND REDUCE CARBON IMPACT. Those who stay closer to TH can collaborate and head there directly. Keep the lead informed if you intend to do so."

Clothing:
• Non-cotton synthetic t-shirt / technical Ts / Woolen base layer + T-shirt
• Hiking pant (non-cotton).
• Hiking Shoes / Boot.
• Woolen / synthetic socks.
• At least one jacket (fleece / light puffy).
• Gloves, beanie.
• Rain Jackets/Pants.
What to carry:
• Water (suggest 2 liters min.)
• Headlamps
• Additional weights as suggested in the schedule

  • Microspikes

• Ten Essentials (If you don’t have some of these for this hike, inform the lead. But these are good to keep and well need them sooner or later)
• Some snacks, any personal medications.
• Hiking poles
• Trash bag for dirty clothes and shoes
