What we’re about
'Make yourself at home in your body and the world'
EMPOWERmental group was created by three women from the fields of dance, yoga, urbanisme, drama pedagogy and theatre. Our goal is to create activities connected to stress-release, embodied methods and art. We love doing activities in urban public spaces, as well as in nature or indoor places with a soul.
