 Day 1 (19 January 2020) : Arrival in Leh (3500 m)
 Day 2 (20 January 2020) : Acclimatization Walk in Leh
 Day 3 (21 January 2020) : Getting a medical check-up at SNM
Hospital.
 Day 4 (22 January 2020) : Shingra Koma and Sumo Paldar
 Day 5 (23 January 2020) : Trek to Tib Cave/Tibb
 Day 6 (24 January 2020) : Tib Cave/Tibb to Camp at Neerak
 Day 7 (25 January 2020) : Neerak to Tibb Cave|10,800ft to 10,500 ft |
Trek 12 km/ 5 to 6 hours
 Day 8 (26 January 2020) : Tibb to Shingra Koma & Back To Leh
 Day 9 (27 January 2020) : Departure from Leh

INCLUSION:-
• Airport Pick at 9:30am and Drop 5:00am(Fixed timing)transfers apart from mentioned timings will be at extra cost for INR 600 one way per person by Alto/Omni
• Transportation from Leh to Trekking Point on Day 4 and Trekking Point to Leh on Day 8
• Veg breakfast, lunch and dinner when in leh on day 1, day 2, day 3, (meals will be served at home stay/guest only. If members are going outside please inform in advance.
• Stay in local home-stay / guest house on triple/quad sharing basis in leh on day 1,day 2, day 3 and day 8.
• Hot water in buckets shall be provided on request while staying in Leh
• Stay in Alpine/Dome Tents on Double/Triple Sharing basis on Day 4, Day 5, Day 6 and Day 7
• Common Kitchen/Dining/Toilet tents will be used during the trek
• Experienced Mountain Guide & Cooking Staff.
• Medical & Mountaineering Certified Trek Leader
• Basic First aid Kit
• Facility of keeping extra luggage at Leh when leaving for trek.
• Equipment – Tents on triple & quad sharing basis / Sleeping bags / Sleeping Mats

EXCLUSIONS:-
• Personal porter charges @ 3750 per !0kgs for 5 days from day 4 to day 8 subject to availability at the time of booking
• AlOTA fee / permit / wild life fee / insurance ( This fee is dynamic and keep changing every year by district administration according to last year price it was 5000 including insurance, ALOTA & medical for this year is not yet published)
• Personal trekking equipment – like Gum Boots, trekking poles or sleeping bag liners.
• Cost of transport, meals and stay if in case you leave the trek in between and return to Leh before the schedule arrival on Day 8
• Personal insurance or cost of emergency evacuation

• Gum Boot.
• Personal Medicine & toiletries.
• One feather jacket
• Fleece Jacket
• Body warmer or Thermal innerwear (1 pairs)
• Light weight slippers/sandals.
• Lower/Trek Pants , Extra Socks (Preferably 5 or 6 pairs)
• Snow gloves/Water proof hand gloves.
• Woolen clothes, Woolen Cap, Jackets/wind cheater.

Utilities:-
• Lunch Box, Water bottle, Tea or Coffee mug & Spoon.
• Power Bank (If you have one), Camera with extra batteries (Optional)
• Lock for bags
• Extra poly bags/garbage bag.

Toiletries:-

• Sunscreen lotion.
• Personal kit Small towel, paper soap, bar soap, tooth brush, toothpaste, cold cream, face wash,shampoo.
• Hand Sanitizer and Toilet paper.

• Medicines you generally take at home.
• Bed sheets & Blanket for train journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
• Trek booking fees is Rs. 5,000 /- need to be deposited at the time of booking rest 100% fees can be deposited at 15 days prior to the trek.
• Cancellation charges per person 45 days or more before departure: 20% of total cost
• 15 - 00 days before departure: 30% of total cost
