BIKE MS Training Ride Hosted by Crossroads Cycling Clemmons & Dash City Cycling

Dash City Cycling Club will be the Host Club along with our Bike Shop Sponsor, Crossroads Cycling for the BIKE MS Training Ride Series.

This is the last shop sponsored training ride before Tour to Tanglewood. The ride will start promptly ay 8:00 am.

Immediately following the ride, stick around for a cook out sponsored by Crossroads Cycling. Food, sides and soft drinks and water will be supplied by the shop.

If you want to bring a dessert you are welcome to do so.

There will be a BEER Exchange. If you to participate, bring 3 beers of your choosing to exchange with other who bring their favorite beer. Routes will be added soon.

All are welcome. You do not have to a part of Bike MS to come and enjoy the ride.
