2026 Gears & Guitars Fondo - Ride for Rick

Being held this year in conjunction with the Wniston-Salem Cycling Classic Races and in memory of the event's founder and long time supporter, Rick Rauck. Choose from 68 or 42 mile road courses or a 10 mile gravel route around Salem lake. All rides depart from Bailey Park in downtown Winston-Salem. Make sure to plan to stick around or come back for the free concert and pro races Saturday evening. Packets can be picked up on Saturday, or Friday evening at the free criterium races on Fourth Street - also accompanied by free live music. Please plan to ride and raise a glass to Rick.
