Clojure User Group Meetup

Hello,
next Thursday is our monthly Clojure user group meetup. Thomas made a suggestion for a topic, he asked for experiences and opinions about unit testing and TDD with Clojure(Script). Should it be done at all? What are the trade-offs? What are good tools for it? So this will be the main topic of the evening. I also like to discuss options for simulation testing.
