How to Write Lisp at Parties and Get Away With It:
Using Clojure to Livecode Music and Visuals at Algoraves

The Algorave movement is a global community of performers who use a variety of programming languages to write code on stage live in front of an audience to produce music and visuals. It turns out Clojure's Lisp heritage makes it an extraordinary fit! This talk will be a survey of a variety of Clojure-based livecoding performance tools made and used by members of New York's very own Algorave community LIVECODE.NYC, with live demos of each tool.
