How We Connect:

• Global Virtual Meetups (Open to All): Our virtual doors are open to everyone. We host "Focus Flow" sessions (quiet, high-productivity co-working) and "Deep Dive" discussions on everything from CISSP domains, Cloud Architecture, Data Infrastructure, to navigating the mid-career "ceiling."
• Gastonia Local "Sips" (In-Person): For those in the Charlotte/Gaston area, we host monthly in-person meetups at local gems like Canal Coffee Co. and area breweries. No more driving into the city just to find your "tribe."
• The "No-Ego" Environment: Whether you have 5 years or 20 years in the industry, this is a collaborative space to share "war stories," find study partners, and trade technical knowledge in a low-pressure environment.

Our Format:

• Morning/Day: Coffee & Smoothies. Focus: Certification prep, lab work, and career strategy.
• Evening: Wine & Craft Brews. Focus: Networking, industry trends, and decompressing with peers who "get it."
