This talk explores an open-source approach to Large Language Model (LLM) inference, using Triton Inference Server with vLLM backend, on Amazon EKS. We will see how the proposed architectural pattern leverages key open-source components, including Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) and Prometheus Adapter for workload autoscaling, Karpenter for capacity autoscaling, Prometheus and Grafana for comprehensive observability. **Bio:** Riccardo Freschi is a Sr. Solutions Architect at AWS, focusing on Application Modernization.
