Abstract:

Time to deliver – practical continuous deployment

You don’t need to be a master of “Lean Development” to know that undelivered software costs time, money, and other resources without providing any value (if you don’t consider “being busy” as value). For this reason, we’ll spend some time with the question how DevOps can support the goal of “Continuous Deployment” (practical & theory). To achieve this goal, we’ll combine different technologies like GitOps / Flux, Unleash, Argo, Github Actions, and others to create an environment where high quality software delivery is possible and encouraged at any time.

Marcel is a Full Stack Software Developer, CTO and Managing Director of the german B2B SaaS Software company “MOBIKO”. He’s a lean development advocate and loves to use automation and DevOps to speed up providing value to his customers.
