### Talk 1: Reshaping System Resilience: The Power of LitmusChaos and Chaos Engineering
In this session we'll delve into the intricate world of Chaos Engineering, highlighting its growing importance in building robust and fail-safe systems. The focus will be on LitmusChaos, an emerging, open-source Chaos Engineering tool that empowers developers to identify vulnerabilities and improve resilience in their infrastructures. We'll examine how LitmusChaos functions as a powerful instrument to simulate failures and conduct chaos experiments on Kubernetes environments, providing an invaluable resource for proactive system hardening and resilience.
As part of our exploration, we'll walk through real-world use cases and hands-on demos illustrating the practical application and the transformative potential of LitmusChaos. We'll discuss its numerous features such as chaos workflows, chaos observability, and chaos scheduling, which allow engineers to plan, track, and analyze chaos experiments with ease. Attendees will leave the session with a deep understanding of how Chaos Engineering, with tools like LitmusChaos, can dramatically enhance system resilience, and how to implement these practices within their own infrastructure.
### Talk 2 - Disaster recovery without GitOps - What could possibly go wrong
Challenges faced when we was force to do a disaster recovery in Kubernetes without leveraging GitOps practices. By exploring real-world scenarios, we highlight the risks of manual recovery processes, limited visibility, coordination issues. Understanding these challenges reinforces the importance of adopting GitOps principles for more effective disaster recovery in Kubernetes environments.
