Debugging Pods in OpenShift

Abstract:
Develop an application, put it in a container and run it in a OpenShift or Kubernetes cluster is only the first step. Usually what happens next, is that something is not working as intended. So you can either rely on log entries and try to figure out what happened or you can start your debugger in your IDE and see what is happening. The aim of the session is to show you that you have not only the OpenShift or Kubernetes command line at hand to debug Java applications. We will have a look at tools like Telepresence and Squash to see what they have in stock and how they can help us to fix that damn bug.

About the speaker:
Olaf is Senior Consultant at Consol. His focus are in the implementation, improvement and monitoring of cloud infrastructures with base on OpenShift and cloud native applications.
