🎙️ At 18:35, Jakob Beckmann (ipt) and colleagues present "Scaling massive infrastructure with fewer engineers than a startup." A look at what it takes to run a substantial private cloud with a lean team, and what emerges once GitOps is no longer the endpoint.

🎙️ At 19:10, after a short break, Angelo Gargiulo and Cyrill Näf (Julius Bär) share "Fleet Commander – Building a Kubernetes-Native Control Plane for Hybrid Infrastructure at Julius Bär." How Julius Bär designed and operates a Kubernetes-native control plane spanning hybrid infrastructure – architecture, trade-offs, and lessons from the field.

🗣️ At 19:40, we open the floor for Q&A and cross-cutting discussion across both talks.

🍹 We wrap up the structured part around 20:00 and move into networking and apéro, hosted by ipt. The evening closes at 21:00.
