2nd Cloud Professionals Lietuva Meetup in 2019

We have already missed you! So we are glad to announce our second cloud professionals meetup and our special guests from Poland and Lithuania.

1. Tomasz's topic: How to work with the cloud – selected best TECHNICAL practices – when to use what (and why)
   "We will focus on three areas:
   • How to run code
   • How to work with data
   • And – how to work with own AI – data science process, Python and many conflicting libraries.
   In the background – cost control.
   Technologies: Azure, AppServices, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, SQL Database, Machine Learning Services, Python, Tensorflow, numPy/Pandas, AutoML, Azure Container Instances."

2. Adas's topic: Power Platform introduction
   "Power Platform is modern IT solutions platform from Microsoft. Power Platform includes these products: Power BI, Power Apps and Microsoft Flow. These products allows to create applications reports and processes with low to no code. Everything is cloud based so no investments is needed. In a session we will take overview of these tools and use cases."

About Tomasz Kopacz:
"Tomasz Kopacz is working with IT architects and developers and discuss with them, how to build good applications and how to choose among many software artifacts to address a specific problem. Expert in cloud computing and .NET Enterprise programming. Helping also in team & project organization (correct tools, methodology, etc.). Now – looking for promising software companies to discuss with them how they could use Microsoft Platform.
A frequent speaker at many conferences – from architectural to highly technical topics. The judge in all polish editions of ImagineCup contest. Tomasz graduated from Warsaw University of Technology (FTiMS). Then run own consulting/software company. After joining Microsoft he was an Architect Evangelist and a Technical Evangelist. Currently, he is working as CEE ISV Technical Recruit Lead."

About Adas Keserauskas:
"I have over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Data Platform solutions and nearly 20 years of experience in various IT technologies and roles overall. Over last couple years my main role was BI solutions architect with Microsoft Power BI technology and also a trainer for internal team and various organizations including courses in university. Current goal and passion is to lead and inspire organizations to transform the way how business is driven with help of Modern BI and data culture. My main focus is shifting to consulting and training of organizations with Microsoft Modern BI platform, mainly Power BI."

The meetup we take place on 29th of May in Microsoft office.

We are planning to take a summer holiday, so we will meet you next time in the middle of September.
