The Secure Coding “Ecosystem”
In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, security is a crucial aspect that cannot be ignored when it comes to software development.
Despite this, it has often been overlooked, and developers tend to rely on default security measures available in their products. However, with the rise of trends like "Shifting left," "Zero-trust" thinking and IaC workflows, the concept of security as a mindset is gradually gaining traction.
In this talk, I will shed light on the different security services that developers use as part of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Within limited time constraints, we will delve into the breadth and depth of each area, and discuss the various standards, platforms, and tools available in the ecosystem.
By the end of this session, attendees will have a deeper understanding of the security ecosystem and the importance of integrating security into every step of the development process.

Container Security in Enterprise Organizations
Containers are lightweight, portable and isolated software packages that can be easily deployed and scaled across different computing environments, making them a popular choice for many enterprise organizations. However, they also pose security challenges because they can be created, stored and run on share infrastructure and can be also vulnerable as traditional virtual machines.
Container security in Enterprise Organizations refers to the measures taken to protect the containers and its repositories from cyber threats, data breaches, and especially how to scale the security across dozens of teams in big companies. It is essential to build a proper organizational and cultural governance to use the technology in a right way.
Sergii Kozlov
