For the last 15+ years, Gaurav has been building security systems. He developed an interest in electronic security when he accidentally created a cordless phone sniffer using a standard FM radio circuit during his teenage. Early in his career, he built wireless intrusion detection systems at Honeywell. Later on, he joined Microsoft and analyzed source code to detect vulnerabilities. In late 2015, he co-founded RedLock, a cloud security start-up. During that time, he also led a Cloud Security Intelligence team which published cutting edge security research. He joined Palo Alto Networks as Chief Architect for Public Cloud Security through the acquisition of RedLock. Most recently, he is now a founder & CEO of stealth mode start-up. In his free time, he loves reading, roasting coffee beans, and playing chess.
