Team Capacity Planning in Cloud Engineering

This month, y'all are in for a treat! Our very own Boyd Hemphill will be giving us a talk on resource planning and the design and execution of building a team with a cloud provider as the infra.

Abstract:
The rise of the cloud provider has changed the potential ops team topologies. We have, as yet, largely failed to take advantage of this opportunity.
In this talk, Boyd Hemphill will describe how the Cloud Engineering team at Contrast was designed and engineered to leverage modern paradigms.
