Riak CS - NoSQL Riak DB in Cloud

More new technologies are emerging everyday, and let's look at the NoSQL database product Riak's cloud availability.

Abstract:

Earlier this year Basho launched Riak CS (http://basho.com/products/riakcs/), a simple, available cloud storage platform that leverages Riak's high availability and fault-tolerance while also exposing an S3-compatible API. Tom will provide a comprehensive overview of Riak CS, discussing functionality, architecture and design decisions when building applications on top of Riak CS. The presentation will conclude with performance benchmarks and metrics from real-life production clusters.
