Welcome to Cloudheads! We've teamed up with the amazing Women Who Code Melbourne, Kaleida, and Paths Uncovered to bring you a panel reflection on 2023 for technology. Highs, lows, and celebrations :)

Agenda

Akanksha Malik
Microsoft AI MVP | Data and AI Consultant | Director at Women Who Code
Akanksha is a Data Consultant, a Microsoft AI MVP and an international speaker. After studying Financial Maths and Actuarial Science at UCC, Ireland, she realised she wanted to work with people as well as numbers. As a consultant, she works with clients to help them solve problems by making more informed decisions with data.

Gretchen Scott
Co-CEO @ Kaleida | Speaker | Network Director @ Women Who Code Melbourne
An award winning generalist, who is passionate about developing inclusive and diverse tech teams. For almost a decade, Gretchen worked bringing new people into the tech industry and supporting them to stay. She has an expansive background, originally working in operations research, and has run world-leading agricultural trade shows, been involved with two successful startups (one in medicine and one SaaS) as well as running some of the largest technical training projects in corporate Australia to date.

Gwenny Warnick
DevOps & Cloud | Google Developer Expert | Director @ Cloudheads and Women Who Code Melbourne
Gwenny is a cloud engineer turned product manager of compute with a passion for DevOps and SRE. Currently working in Melbourne, Australia, she loves supporting teams to become high performing, inclusive, and operationally mature. She is a Google Developer Expert (GDE) in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and has spoken across the globe on cloud computing, SRE, and DevOps.
