Building Data Driven Collaboration between IT and the Business

Details
Abstract: This will be an interactive discussion on improving the collaboration between the IT/BI analyst team and the Business. We will cover key challenges analysts face when dealing with their business stakeholders around communication, expectations of outcomes and most importantly, defining business value.
We will provide specific examples of how Concur has implemented best practices in a real working environment. These practices improved the interactions between IT and the Business Units, and contributed to better data-driven sales and marketing tactics, resulting in greater ROIs on their efforts.
