7 "Must Have" Provisions in an LLC Operating Agreement

On Tuesday, April 1st at 7:30 a.m. PT, I will be talking with my professional networking group on a Zoom video call. I am inviting you to join.

I am a member of BNI, or Business Networking International, and belong a chapter that meets virtually each week. On April 1 (no, this is not an April Fool's joke!) I am the group's featured speaker.
