We are an active social health and fitness group that's dedicated to improving the overall fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness of individuals, families, and communities through group fitness training, walking and running groups, activity leagues, health workshops, and fitness retreats.
Our mission is to provide a positive atmosphere and tools that will allow people of all fitness levels and health backgrounds the ability to support each other while achieving their individual health and fitness goals.
Who should join?
If your goal is to lose weight, drop a few inches, tone your body, become more health conscious, exercise more, meet new health/fitness friends, or just looking for fun activities to participate in please join our health and wellness family.
We have a positive, family-oriented atmosphere and promote being social and networking with other individuals. The journey to great overall health alone can be challenging but together we all can help each other along the way.
Fitness & Recreation
In an effort to promote health and wellness this group participates in charity walks and races, volleyball, kickball, Group Fitness Training, Youth Fitness & Activities, collaborate with other meetup groups and much much more.
Any member can suggest a meetup but there are a few requirements to host an event. Event hosts represent our group and we want to make sure guidelines are met to ensure the integrity of the group is met. First, you must be an active member who has attended at least 3 meetup events. The event must be approved before it's opened for other members to participate. Further hosting details will be given once the event has been approved.
Our only requirements are to have a positive attitude, be respectful of everyone in there health/fitness journey's, be willing to participate in activities, and to HAVE FUN and enjoy the experiences.
