"Right now it's like this" is a practice that helps us to live a dharma that's front and center in every moment. Our conditionings teach us to live a defended life; our dharma, our practice, guides us to an undefended heart. Won't you join us?"

This fun, beginner friendly group practices primarily in the beautiful tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. We cultivate mindfulness, compassion, joy, and peace together in our vibrant community. Each session is on a new theme and includes meditation, teaching, and sharing. Our Sangha Stewards take turns facilitating meetings and each brings a unique style filled with kindness, compassion and heart.
